All Versus Fitness products are made to order through our fulfilment partner. This helps reduce waste and allows us to maintain quality across every product.
Because items are produced after an order is placed, delivery times may be slightly longer than standard retail shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it will be produced and prepared for shipping by our fulfilment partner.
Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, product launches, or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, or courier delays.
Please allow 10–14 business days total for delivery in most cases.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the website.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
While we work hard to deliver orders as quickly as possible, Versus Fitness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- courier or postal service delays
- customs processing
- severe weather
- incorrect shipping information
- other factors outside of our control
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
